Rip off by charging finance charges before the due date

The company was charging me the finance charges since 07/01 even after I was paying the charges on time before the due date. This finance charges never appeared on my current stament but was going into my previous completed/frozen statement, which I never reviewed/looked.

I accidently happened to review or find the finance charge and they credited me back twice. But I noticed that this is an ongoing drama every month.

Last time when I talked to the customer support agent, one Maria (Eveyone I talked to their that day was with Maria first Name and they didn't give away the last name!!)

They are crediting me the money back. But I am sure that there are many people out there still paying these finance charges without knowing!!!.

So please spread out this news and keep checking your current and previous statement!!!
