DAVID repossess for 3 week past due

Before i had brought this car from cartime, i have already ask cartime can i pay him monthly or biweekly not weekly. Which i get pay monthly the answer was yes. Now, i have put down 3,000 dn and sign the contract and i got me a car. I get my car repossess for non payment of 3 weeks past due, not 4 weeks and they tow my car and put it into the recovery place for extra 300.00 from me. I told cartime to keep the car since he have been untrue to me about the whole thing and i want my back. The dealer is ripping me off of 3 weeks past due not 4 weeks. Cartime have taking it before i can make a payment for 4 weeks.
