Vento USA
Cannot find replacement parts

Cars & Transport

I bought a brand new 2006 Vento Mountrack in Lake Worth Florida in 2007. The bicycle struck the rear of the left power truck at low-speed and dropped around on its aspect, splitting the motocycleis show, odometer, and entrance and backlights. It just has 200 kilometers onto it and it has been useless since. I'd an F 16 technician develop the components to place the odometer back about the bicycle. Nevertheless, because looking to get the bicycle running again I lost the spark plug and electrical starter device when my boy eliminated them to wash them. I believe I inadvertently put them away because they were covered in document. Anyhow I'd been looking to get replacement components from Vento US in Florida from the beginning of the issue. I've had only difficulty and excessively poor customer support encounters. I still possess the Mountrack under-cover in my own lawn requiring the spark plug (Vento Part Code: 81300-I006-0000 7498 SPARK PLUG D8TC) and also the electrical beginning (Vento Part Code: 682220-L067B-0000 7502 BEGINNING MOTOR). I can't find anyone who might help me so that as normal, the Vento US site (http://www.vento.com/internet/bar/us/moto_login.Asp? Zone=EUA) doesn't react to my inquires.
