This is a very bad reputation to VW cars

I bought Vento Diesel vehicle having Motor No. CLN15957, Chasis No. Wvwd11602bt048709 on 20/04. On 6 September my spouse was operating On-Highway.instantly one maruti 800 struck our car at Hood aspect and harm all of the part of front-side of the vehicle. After hit by small-car like Maruti 800, Vento couldn't preserve stability On-Highway and lastly dropped into heavy mud pit. Despite such large strike, air-bags didn't start in the place and ABS CouldN't quit the vehicle operating just at 90 Km/time.

After contact the organization shop in Karnal (Haryana) in Asia, they're reacting with one-line ” Air-Bag may start only if vehicle may encounter stronger crash and ABS could work just that much of level”. That which was informed at that time of purchase, nothing become a reality. I'm buying vehicles from others also. But i confronted lifethreatening event with Volkswagen only. I'm observing whether Volkswagen will require some motion and resolve my issue the moment possible.

Can you please follow my situation and let them know to resolve the issue in the origins when I am working plus they make me endure a great deal. This can be a really poor status to VW vehicles.
