Representative, Brenda Hummer False Damage Claim AFTER Stating Everything Was Ok!

I rented a car from Enterprise Rent-A-Car from their Lewisville Bankston Honda location around the first week of April this year. Before taking possession of the vehicle, I and the sales rep inspected the vehicle for damage. After the inspection, I signed the contract and declined their insurance. I had the car a week and brought it back April 15th. When at the Bankston Honda location, I was told to drop the keys off with Honda's Customer Service department. I asked if they were going to come and inspect the car with me and they stated no. So I dropped off the keys and left. 3 days later I got a voicemail from Enterprise stating they got the car and everything was okay and I was good to go. A week later though, I got a letter from their damage department stating the car had damage and that I owed them $1010, and they asked for my insurance information. I replied stating a.) the car did not have damage b.) they didn't inspect the car with me when I dropped it off c.) I got their voicemail 3 days after I dropped the car off stating everything was okay. Brenda Hummer, their claim rep filed a claim with my insurance agency without my permission, as they had my information on file from the rental paperwork, and is now claiming I owe $500 for my deductible. I have filed a report with BBB.org, with the Dallas Attorney General's office and now I'm posting it here. This is total BS! The vehicle was NOT damaged when I dropped it off, I still have the voicemail 3 days AFTER I dropped it off stating so!
