Repoed my 2005 Hyndai Elantra claiming I had to come up with $1500.00 to get the car back within 15 days. Had money less than 7 days to pick up car. Car was already sold! Internet

In I purchased a new 2005 Hyndai Elantra, loaded. It had 25 miles on it. I put $2,000.00 down and drove off the lot happy.in I began to have financial difficulties due to a decrease in finances. I tried to refinance to lower my payments, but they claim because I was behind payments I couldn't. Finally I was going on third payment arrears, they repoed my car at 4:00am, 12 days before Christmas! Told me I could get the car back within 15 days if I came up with $1,500. I came up with the amount within 5 days and called. They told me they already sold the car! Not only did they get a car that only had 36000 miles and in perfect condition (new tires, full tank of gas and a $30 chrystal ball on the mirror, they probably received a good price for the car by ripping off someone else and a former dissed customer who will never deal with them again. A month after that their town suffered a very bad Hurricane. Hmmm, coincidence? Pinky, Lawrenceville, NJ
