Honda at College Park does not respect its new and older customers. This is evidenced by its dirty customer service waiting area where customers are escorted into a room and left to find an unsoiled and mostly unavailable clean chair while awaiting repairs. The upholstery on every chair is dirty and obviously has not been shampooed and cleaned in a very long while. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Honda, and the Rosenthal and Herson's Honda dealership customer service areas put this site to shame. Clean waiting room. Current newspapers. Clean toilets.
