False Advertisement

I received an invitation in the mail to match and win game. The game was scratch and match 5 numbers and win the prize listed to the right. I took the invitation in to claim my prize, which was $1,000. They were also going to scan the bar code for a chance to win prizes listed. To my surprise, i was not the only $1,000 winner. When i arrived at the dealership, there were people coming up to my husband and i saying that Toyota was not honoring the promotion. The salespeople and managers were trying to explain the way the game worked but it was not working. They were saying the company that they hired to make up the invitations messed up. There were a lot of angry customers that first day of the event. I will be taking legal action against this dealership because of their dishonest practices. I will never buy a car from them and i urge all who received an invitation and won but did not receive the prize to seek legal action.
