Transformer scratch and when game - transformer scratch and win game

The complaint I have is that I have a winning ticket. I went to claim my prize and was told to go on line to claim it. I did and found out that the way to claim this prize was to go to the store. I have been to 2 stores and now I have been told that I have to wait till Monday to claim. What happened to the instant win? You might be a instant winner, but you have to wait 2-3 weeks to get your prize.
