Anderson Nissan tries to ripoff "Little Old Lady!"

The charge for just the labor to replace only the boot (drivers side front drive axle outer cv boot) was $467.25. They said it would take 4 hours and I would have to rent a car for two days. After researching this issue I went back the next day. I spent over an hour with the head of the service depatment with my research verses his one online quote. He wouldn't listen. Then I told him that two dealerships (one being another Nissan dealership) in Asheville qouted me $170.00 and $185.00 and it was a 2 1/2 hour job. I was then charged $185.00 and one day car rental.

I bought my 2009 Nissan from them and all my maintenance was done at Anderson Nissan. No more!!! They didn't count on a "Little Old Lady" being computer savvy.
