Be aware of auto mac!!! This compnay is a buy here lot that have nothing but crook for salesman including the owner! I bought a 2004 ford expedition from them that appeared to be in good shape! Clean engine beautiful inside! I should have known better because the same day i bought my suv there was another couple bringing there car back on a toe truck, and gets this... They just purchased the day before me! There car was running hot and they were furious! I put down almost 3200 hundred dollars on this suv and my payments were 410 a month which i didnt have a problem with! The problem is although i bought the truck as is which i will be honest, i cut my truck off one minute, and try to crank it back up and it dont crank up!!! Wth!

So anyway by this time i've only had the suv a lil over 3 months which puts me about 2 weeks out my 90 day warrenty. So i called the carlot tell them whats going on and they recommend that i let them tow the truck to there shop so they can take a look at it. Well when it gets there, thomas the owner promise me at the time of purchasing of thye suv a free diagnostic in which he didnt own up to, and it was in writting, so the shop says well they need to do a diagnostic that will take about an hr. I refer back to thomas promise, and beacause it was in writing thats the only reason he owned up to it!

Well keep in mind they say the diagnostic will take an hr but they come out in 20 mins and state the machine reads nothings is wrong with my truck which my husbend and i thought was starnge anyway because all i did was cut the truck off! But anyway after they state its nothing wrong with my suv, they say 5 mins later they need to do another dianostic that will take an 1hr in the amount of 79 dollars! Now you tell me whats wrong with that picture??? If you cant figure it out then i will say it... They never did it in the first place! Remember thomas owns the car lot, the finace building, and the machanic shop (tire and tune up) on 103 st!

So me, my husbend, my best friend are like wth? Yall just said yall did one! So anyway they come back now in an 1hr because in my opion, they really did it then, and say i need a fuel pump! So once again... Were all like wth! I never had any fuel problems! But at this point i cant argue with them we need out car to get back and forth to work. So they say the car will be ready the following buisness day. So i call them the next day they sy its not ready, and by the way, after we pulled your fuel pump out, we found out it didnt need one! Once again my husbend and i like wth!!! So we give then another day, its still not ready, so i contact thomas the crooket owner and he he calls them acting like he so mad going off asking them why our truck is not fix, and asking how the hell they dont know whats going on!

So i here him say ' whatever we have to do to fix her truck do it since we told her the machine said it needed a fuel pump and come to find out it didnt! He come back to the line and apolojize, telling us not to give up on them and have some faith it will be ready the next day and he promises a loaner car so we can get babck and forth to work because by this time we jave missed 3 days of work! So the next day its not ready i he trying to give me every reason in the world why he cant give me a loaner car, so i say well keep the truck, because were not going to have a job to go to after today since our truck is still not ready, and if we cant work we cant pay for it!

So he loans us a car he has for sale to (finance) on his lot and apolojizes again and stated he will discount the fuel pump so more beside what he priced of to pay which was 875 dollars, and whatever else it cost and take to fix my truck because of their mess up they will do at no cost to us! We get a called the next buisness day which is on a friday, remind you all this started on a monday which was earlier that week, he has one of his hooker crooks calling talking about did i ever drive the car hot, now anybody know if some drives a car hot you will see evidence expecially if you did not 1 but 2 diagnostic! So i tell her i never had any problems she doesnt aregue with me or nothign she says well the reason she ask is because they are talking about putting another engine in yr truck so she ask can me and my husben come and meet with thomas the owner/crook to talk about trading me out or letting me out my contract because basicly they sold me a lemon!!!

We agree to meet thomas, and when my husbend and i get up there, not only have he left, but told one of his salesmen he didnt want to be around for it! We say for what? He says well thomas tell him to take the loaner car from us, and he is keeping our truck since they cant fix it, and that out options were to buy another car or get of the property! Point being made is although they cant fix my car, they ran the bill 2100 dollars, and even if it is a as it deal, i deserve to take my as it car someqhere else to get fix, they would let me get it, and i was up to date on all my payments and insurance! Paying 410 a month with my 1st payment being due the same month i purchase it and putting down 3200 now you do the math on how much money i lost fooling aroung with a buy here pay here car lot name auto mac with a tall skinny white man name thomas that look lika a wanna be nicolas cage!!! Be aware of auto mac (thomas) the owner!!! Im sueing them now, they have been reported to the bbb once again be aware of auto mac!!!
