On June 28 I brought my automobile in for a tune up. I had used this shop many times before as they had treated me well. I was informed that my CV boots were torn and that they needed to be replaced by the shop manager, Jeff. He stated that the job would cost about $80.00 per axel. I received a call later that day that the shop recommended that I replace the axels, bearings, and boots as it would be "better" and "not that much more". The fee was now &150.00 per axel.
Shortly after picking up my car, it was making clicking noises when I drove. I brought the car back into the shop. I was told that the axels were bad and they replaced them. Since this time, I have brought the car back seven-times. The axels were replaced three-times. The last time, I drove one-block away and they fell off the car. The shop is unable to complete the repairs they did.
