Our boy visited have an aligniment completed on his car. He didn't possess a middle link, he visited nappa to obtain the component. Plantation and navy informed him it'd today charge him period 5 since he purchased the part herself (plantation and navy doesn't bring component). He requested the auto-service supervisor, why the mark-up? His reaction, "it is organization policy"

No additional explanition, nicely it's obvious that plantation and navy includes a "policy" when they cannot overcharge you bye bolstering the price of the part-they simply come right out and let you know, we would like more income simply because, we were unabale to overcharge you about the sneek... Good
