Misleading and poor customer service

I bought a LED Dash Light online. The item I received was not the same as described. The Email that I received confirming my order indicated that it would be sent UPS and it arrived through the Postal Service. It was 2 separate lights. One of the 2 lights did not work. I sent the non-working item back immediately.

The man who answers the phone keeps hanging up on me. All I want is a working light like the one that was sent. I can make it work if I could just get a replacement. Also, my Email has gotten no response. Please check this company through the BBB for confirmation of poor business practices.
