All-in the exact same journey, Aircraft Blue:
1. Cancelled my journey
2. Rebooked me on the fresh trip, but double-booked my chair having a 4 yr-old.
3. Was delayed on my rebooked flight, and so I skipped my connection
4. Was rude after I asked about obtaining another connection trip
5. Lost my baggage
6. Did PRACTICALLY NOTHING to create me feel just like a respected client
I'll never travel with JetBlue again. I work-in the service business and certainly will empathize with annoyed, angry clients who would like customer support; nevertheless, whenever you totally destroy my holiday and do not actually recognize problem or provide a basic apology, I've no need to conduct business with this type of sleazy organization again.
