I bought a car from Scott Kay Auto, and what a mistake that was.

I had trouble with the car 9 days after I bought the car. Took it to a mechanic and the mechanic said the car had a bad catalytic converter. Scott Kay Auto said it was water in the fuel.

Took the car back and requested my money back. Scott Kay asked me to let them fix the car. Nine times of the car being worked on by their mechanic, I started getting upset. I have owned the car for 11 months now and I have spent 2449.00 in repairs alone.

The catalytic converter did have to be replaced along with the Pipe Assy, gaskets, Exaust Pipe, Tires, EGR Valve, 2 Front Rotors, Brake Pads, Disc Brake, Shim Kit, A Transmission Complete Flush and service, Throttle Position Sensor replacement, 6 Spark Plugs, Spark Plug Wires, 1 Fuel Filter, and that is not all. I have also made 11 payments of $189.88 and 36 more to go.

The car now has 133,000 miles on it and I can't see the light at the end of the tunnel. I have contacted the BBB, and Atorney Generals office. I wrote a letter to 3 on your side. Nothing seemed to help my situation.

So at this point in time I guess the only opption I have is to make this report and hope someone else who has been ripped off by Scott Kay Auto Sales will come forward and maybe get some results. There is so much more to this story, but I was told to keep it short and sweet. I can't tell you how inconvenient all this trouble with this car has been. Not to say how terribly expensive for a single parent just trying to get to work everyday. I truely believe there is no justice in this world anymore!!!
