Due to overdue developing function issues I desired to alter times for an air travel ticket previously bought. I really could find no information on their site associated with costs or actions along the way and started producing efforts to achieve customer support. After 2 times of the customer support telephone lines down (oo anser or automatic choices) and over each day of awaiting an answer to emails aimed for their customer support division I believe it is reasonable to express this 1 of cheapoairis "4 Gold Guarantees" (24/7 Toll-Free Customer Service) indicates nothing. Furthermore, despite making communications with different divisions after I might ultimately get although 2 nights later I had been informed I really could not be used in the right division, but that cheapoair might have that department return my phone. What've I obtained to date? Zero calls or reactions... But I did so get fraudulant prices on my charge card under their company title that noone could inform me exactly what the trigger is. Works out the flight includes a $150 charge to change times. Clear, but cheapoair created zero make an effort to pay me for almost any section of this despite incorrect costs, lost mobile phone moments, and disappointment.
