Ripoff Their customer service reps are IDIOTS

HAFC has made errors on our account many times. I'm not surprised to see all these numerous complaints in this website. Their customer service reps are IDIOTS.

Management never returns calls to customers. You get different answers from everyone and noone ever grants simple customer requests. It's like they're too lazy to do their job. I have never experience such bad service like I have with this company.

I am getting ready to refinance with another company just to get rid of HAFC. They have caused a lot of grief for me and my family. My letters are too long to put them on this webiste but this will help out to report them to the better business bureau or maybe a TV station can expose them soon. I hope they get sued so bad that they have to go out of business for good.
