Workmen's WAIC No Calls or Follow ups Rude Associates Will Not Transfer You to manager No check for 3months now

So April 14th I believe 2011 I had a home invasion. Four men kicked in my door and stole everything while I hid and called the police. They also stole my car. I called Workmen to report my claim and Mr Shawn Robinson the guy I was told to contact did not answer my calls. I left a message and recieved no calls back so weeks later they find my car, still no Shawn Robinson phone calls. I call back and let him know it was found burned. Finally I recieve a call back and they drive down and pick up my car. So then I hear nothing from them for quite a while I call call call and even ask to speak to a manager. Nothing. So finally Shawn calls me and does the interview and then again nothing for a while. Then a woman named Shante Calls me and says she is dealing with my total loss she is such a rude rude woman and argues with me that she sent my paperwork when I was missing forms and then I do not recieve any phone calls from her so I call around asking to speak to a manager and they finally transfer me and Shante answers! She says my check will be sent out today and to call back to make sure. This is 3 months of no compensation or rental car. I could have lost my job. I pay full coverage to these people to be treated like a criminal. I was a victim of a home invasion then I have to deal with all of this. I'm soo fed up with these people that I will never ever go through anything but a big name insurance company again.
