Won't return my calls after they took my money! Christina High, owner, will not call me back!

I received a phone call from Selecrt Pro Marketing on June 24th when I spoke to a man who called himself "Jay". He said that for a one time fee of $750.00 they would contact 5000 people and set appointments for my insurance agency to solicit auto policies to. He said that I need only to pay for the list and that the first 5000 people would be called at no charge. After which time, if I liked the service we could continue working together for a small part of the commission on policice my office would sell as a result of their company setting appointments, I thought "what a deal".

So I agreed to give it a try, They faxed the contract, I completed the contract and faxed the contract back to them with a check payable to Select Pro Marketing for the $750.00. Later that evening I was looking at my back account and saw they had already processed the check.

I tried to contact Jay the next day but was not able to get him on the phone, I was told he was nolonger handeling my account. When I asked who was, they said they would have someone call me. Never received a call, finally on July 1st I received an email from Jay, he told me that they had forwarded my script to my new account manager and that her name was Christina and that it would be another week before they would have the list built and could start making calls..

It has now been over 4 weeks, each time I call they tell me that I must speak to this Christina and she is the owner. I have left her many voice messages and she won't call me back. I have called the main # back and told the man who answers the phone that I want to speak to someone who can help me. His only reply is that I have to speak to Christina. When I told him I felt as though I was being ripped off, he said "no you are not" When I told him I would file this report he said he would try to get Christina to call me back..

She has not called me...
