Delivered a notice Licensed Mail via USPS. Notice reached shipping Postoffice (32080) following day (Thursday). Monitoring stops there, letter receiver never received letter (which today costs me $500 since I can't display shipping of notice). Postoffice at 32080 doesn't understand where notice went, quit me on final maintain many times. Named primary criticism quantity and informed that Licensed Email is really simply Top Class email and is really not guaranteed shipping. Really? I believed that's why I settled the $4.00 additional shipping and was informed by delivering Postoffice that it had been assured. Main point here, Customer Support in the USPS doesn't care that my Cerified Email is absent since I had been foolish enough to think they might.
