Ryan goad sold me a truck with major issues an would not refund nor fix problem

We bought a diesel for 13000 only to find out it has a bad head gasket an other issues and ryan goad said i did not have 30 days on the vechicle nor would he fix the problem which is a head gasket an the dealership wants almost 5 thousand to fix and i just got the truck last thursday so i hand thad it a full week an im having nothing but problems
