Ought 7.3 diesel has 6.0 diesel bad engine

Purchased ford f-350 on 2/22 did not make it home engine failure. Bought as listed 7.3 diesel took to shop has 6.0 with major engine damage. Sold as is but as is not correct engine. Will cost 10,000 to fix. Have all documents to prove I was sold on false information.
