Total Rip-Off!

This rental location is a rip off!!!

1st:
The counter person insisted that I NEEDED to have their insurance in order to gain access
to the Naval Training Center for my daughters graduation. NOT TRUE! The
Navy could have cared less. $80 plus dollars extra for nothing!!!

2nd:
While enroute to return the car, got to a toll booth requiring exact
change with NO toll attendants. I had a dollar ready to pay the toll, no
one there. After searching for change and having none, I proceeded to
return the car. A month and a half later, my credit card was charged
$25.40 for a $. 40 cent toll. I received absolutely no cooperation from
Customer Support, that is their policy to charge $25 for their
administration work. Pure B.S.

I will not ever rent from thrifty again!!!
