Guanzhi Shan trading co, ltd sold me to 3 wheel trikes motorcycles for 1500.00 and never got any thing he won, t even return my emails

I was on trade key and asked for someone who sold 3 wheel motorcycles.
And then i got emails from tracypopy@hotmail.com compny name www.gzs-electrical.com
saying he had the trikes i was looking for 750.00 per so i order two.

He said he would send them as soon as he recevied 1500.00 and he only took western uion
so i sent 1500.00 threw western uion. Which he receved he emailed me back and said he got
the money.
So i emailed him back and asked him when they would ship he said 2 to 3 days.
And that was the last i heard from him. He won;t answer my emails at all he is a crook.
