Will not return refund

Santanderconsumerusa purchased my auto loan from HSBC. I never skipped a cost and was never delayed. I accidentally shipped an additional cost and was informed they'd no report of cashing my check. After faxing them evidence with my bank record they did cash my check, they guaranteed to return my cost. I've been informed by every repetition I keep in touch with the check was within the email. I've yet to get a check since Feb plus they clearly don't have any motives of refunding my income. They're a lot of thieves, don't conduct business with this particular organization. I've actually motives of suing them to obtain this back.
