Recently I went to NTB in Shrewsbury, MA with a coupon of $14.99 which included oil change, 4 tire rotation and free alignment check. I told them repeatedly to do only the alignment check which is free and not do any repair since I did my safety inspection just 2 months back and it passed without any issues. Still when I came back to take my car, they said that they had to repair the alignment, which is as minimal as (-. 02 as per the report they showed), and charged me additional $79.99 for alignment repair and $8.00 as shop cost (God knows what that it). I said that you should have called me and asked but they did not reply. This is probably the last time I went to NTB and would never go again. I would also not recommend any of my friends and co-workers to go to NTB.
