Bait and Switch-Beware of AA Auto Protection

I began searching for extended warranty insurance for my 2007 model vehicle approximately the first week of April. After researching different extended car insurance companies I felt that the sales person Jonathan Summers with AA Auto seemed to be the most genuine. I explained to him that my concern was that I do a lot of driving and I know that usually once a car reaches 50,000 miles problems begin to repair. Sure enough on May 13th, the suspension to my truck went out and the hatch to the suv wasnt not locking and began opening up.initially Jonathon recommended Royal Insurance and it would include bumper to bumper warranty including electrical, suspension, and so forth. I took my car to the dealership on May 13th for repair showing my insurance with AA Auto protection and once the company finally contacted my repair consultant they said they would only pay for a quarter of the hatch repair, and would not take care of the suspension which with parts and labor include over 1500 not to mention the 100 deductible that I am supposed to pay. Once I was made aware of how I was incorrectly informed in regards to my insurance I called the sales person for help. Much to my surprise he no longer worked for the company. Some other gentleman answered his line. I was put on hold for 30 minutes then a man in "customer service" by the name of Jim; He was extremely rude and abrasive when I explained to him my situation. It only made me more upset that I said what do I need to do for you guys to make it right. Cancel? Hire an attorney? I then asked to speak to a manager and he lied and said he was the manager and proceeded by hanging up on me. The manager Pete Dupree called later and basically just told me it is what it is and was not willing to assist me with the insurance coverage situation and its my fault that I didnt understand what all falls into the Suspension coverage. I have called Customer Service Called AA Auto suspension and no one will help me. I was completely duped and was promised a good service plan but it has been quite the opposite. I beg, plead that you can help me with this matte
