ReadyWheels Wheels Discontinued, Where is The Refund? - Chrome Wheels

On May 17 I ordered rims from Readywheels.com and long story short after several misleads I was told 28 days later that the wheels were discontinued. I asked the rep Luis for a refund on June 17. Today is July 4, and I do not have my money. My order number is 6042 and they owe me $1,540.00. Luis started his misleads back in May when he informed me that he received 2 wheels and didn't want to send them seperately so he was waiting for the other two. He must have forgot what he told me because my next call got the response that the wheels were discontinued. Note that in the same conversation he informed me that the warehouse sent him the wrong wheels which I took a look at but declined to purchase. I'm seekng legal assistance and equesting a lot more because in another 2 weeks Ready Wheels will hav held my money for 60 days and that's criminal.
