Merlin 200, 000 Mile Shop
I went in for a $19.99 oil change and they came back with terrible news. My shocks & struts were shot

I went to Merlin for just a simple oil change for $20.00 and I was listening to what the head guy as telling the customers in front of me. There potential bills were 6 & 7 hundred dollars each. Then came my turn. My shocks & struts were shot so they said. And it would cost me $1,584.78 but there was a sale going on and they would fix the car for $1,121.76. Needles to say I truned them down and took my car to my local Ford dealer ware I bought my Escape in 2005. There was nothing wrong with anything. Merlin was trying to up sell me and it was a potential Rip Off.
