Big ripoff!

This guy sells HIGH mileage vehicles for an expensive price. He does an In Home financing which he charges a high interest rate about 25%.. He doesn't present it to a credit reporting bureau. No matter if your an all time customer he will always charge you the same interest. He gets his vehicles very cheap and sell them for about 165% of what the blue book values them, and then on top he adds interest rates. I remember once i took my car to get it appraised for a possible trade in. It had custom wheels and tires. It had a custom exhaust and was pretty much customized to race. He then pulled out his blue book and, never took any of the customizations in consideration. He then said it was not worth a shit because it wasn't a diesel VW. And i said it didnt need to be diesel if its only to ride fast and for looks. I left pretty pissed of because he was basically offering me what i had paid for the custom wheels and tires. He has ripped off many of the people I know. He once was selling a South Dakota State Vehicle (2004 Chevy Silverado) with 214k miles for the price of 9,999. All because it was a 2004 silverado and never considered the mileage. He's a big ripoff. But people still buy from him.
