Holds car for nearly a month after guaranteeing it in a week. Charges for unnecessarily ordered part!

I have had problems with this business in the past when i took my car for transmission repair. Like that time, they said my car would be fixed in a week and it's now been a month. Each time i call to check on the status, they always have an excuse for why my car isn't ready; such as "due to no fault of my own, the part i ordered was not correct." I brought my car back to them because, during the last repair, they gave me a warranty on my transmission for 2 years (it's been 1). I have also had experiences when my father calls the business, they have hung up because they know what we calling about. My advice, having gone through this twice now, do not ever go to this business! They are a scam, rip-off, and the business is run by a wannabe mechanic who dosn't honor his deals.
