I stuffed my vehicle for $30. It stopped stuffing at $22. Therefore CITGO needed to return me $8. Well it had been no use-they insisted I'd utilized all of the cash that everything had charged $30. I told them my vehicle was complete at $22 which this is exactly what the push really designated. It had been no use. They didn't provide me my $8 bucks.
