This person contacted me after an auction had ended on March the 6th 2011 for an aftermarket upper triple clamp for a 2004 Kawasaki ZX6R. We corresponded through ebay's messaging system and after he sent payment he requested that I ship this item to an address other than his confirmed address. Feeling protected by the correspondence through a messaging system that can be tracked and verified, I went ahead and shipped it out to him on March the 8th 2011. A tracking number was provided, also through ebay's message system. Fast forward to more than two months later. This morning May the 13th of 2011 I received a dispute stating that the purchase was "fraudulent" and that he had attempted to cancel the charge with his bank. I still have record of the correspondence as well as the tracking number I provided him with. He even purchased an item through another ebay seller for the same make and model motorcycle. This kid is a cheat, and I only file this report in the hopes that anyone who needs it will find it BEFORE conducting business with Mr. Flora...
