Payroll Settlement

I resign from the company and they stated to me they were going to keep my last two checks. Tradewind uses drivers. They are crooks. They have a bible verse on their trailers to encourage drivers to work for them. I'm struggling trying to pay bills and they are not releasing my checks and will not return any of my phone calls. Please help me in getting my $ which i so rightfully work for.
