One Source Fleet Serices, Brain Allsmiller, Ray Lewis, Heather Horton, Steve Loveless, Jennifer Cox PAYROLL CHECKS BOUNCED NO DRIVERS GOT PAID AND NO O? O got paid have not been paid

We all need jos but we did not want to be owner operators. I started last year in late Aug. Suppose to get paid every 2 weeks, but that never happen. It took them 9 weeks to pay me. After that we started to get paid. Some O/O's did not. ALways late or not at all.

On Feb. 2th I recieved my check. I went straight to the bank. Paid some bills. Wrong. I went to maybe have a few bucks to nothing. NSF, check put on hold because of fraud? I was in panic mold. Everybody's check bounce. One driver being taken to court for cashing a bad check and this is payroll checks. Other driver has had 2 payroll checks that bounce. There are about 19 drivers in all. 1st they cut cash advance down from $50.00 to $25.00 and the fuel limit was $500.00 per day. I got a call from a driver stating that we have to call in and get fuel put on card so we can make our delievery. I called and was told that drivers were abusing the card.??? They embezzeled money from drivers for using their fuel card. If it was mine card I can see the fees.

Some O/O's are not getting any money and not paying their drivers. Drivers need to get paid. And they owe us for 5 weeks work and this incudes the checks that bounced and plus hazmat fees none were paid for. Some of us are being brought to court over this and we really do nor have the money. NO MONEY.

I can not help that Commerence Bank and BBT were the checks were wrote from. We want our money and then some. I am gonna be out on the streets for this and Brian Allsmiller buys a Escalade so he can ride his dog around in style. So tell me who has the money and who does not? Sounds alot like someone gest money for nothing???

The Commerence Bank gets shut down on the 27th of January and they still sent out our payroll checks knowing they are gonna bounce and the payroll checks were from BBT??? Don't this make you think or even wonder what is really going on with these people???
