Occidental HURTS. They're probably the most unreliable and unprofessional organization of any sort that I've ever endured to cope with in my own life. Our automobile was totaled over per month before, on April 4th. I really got a voice-mail communication in one moronic lady, informing me that it had been OUR obligation to get rid of my Totaled automobile in the where it had been being saved after being towed in the incident picture! She stated that I had been accountable for the storage expenses, launch fees, and whatever extra charges were sustained with it towed to a different area while I saved it! Subsequently that I had been designed to shop it myself, till their sluggish bottoms got around to appraising my automobile. (Our plan plainly says that it's THEIR obligation to get rid of and shop the vehicle). I have needed to cope with FIVE various jackasses as of this organization to date, and never 1 of these hasbeen of any support solving this problem. They considered my vehicle an overall total reduction, and Lastly per month later they deliver mean offer notice. After I attempt to contact anybody back again to take the present and obtain things heading, not just one of these understands just how to reply the telephone or even to return telephone calls. I actually donot have a rental-car (that we taken care of this method on my plan), and so I have now been with no car for over per month. They keep providing me the run-around. Today, they genuinely believe that I'm likely to be silly enough to deliver them my name (authorized) before I actually obtain cost? I have never heard about an insurance provider requesting this before. Why might I sign my name to a business that can't actually do what I spend them to complete? I have never heard about anybody needing to undergo 5 various unaware repetitions when coping with every other insurance provider regarding a state. Why do any customers or insurance brokers conduct business with this specific organization? I got caught together through the insurance company sadly. Obviously, I'm getting a fresh Insurance Firm and Insurance Provider.
