I work for tirekingdome and have been since september of last year. I have been told with out being told i will never move up in the company because i am hispanic. And my gf was told to not waste her time filling out a app for the reason of she is a woman and this is a mans job. I have seen them sell and been forced to sell cheap unsafe and stupid things to customers. I have been told to ask ' well how much you got' and to me that is not the way.

I have been told don't bother they wont buy cause they are black, white trash, 'beaners. I have been called these names and been told to get over it when i bring it to managment. I only keep working for the fact that there just is no job out there. I have been told i will be fired if i dont sell moore but there is no customers and the mark up is like 1000% so no one buys. They charge you for a full hour of labor when it takes hlf or even less. I have two boys and barley can make ends meet with there pay. Over time gets adjusted down to 40 hours. There is so much moore i cant list.
