Car is Service for 4 Months

I bought a 2007 BMW 335I on Nov. 30th and it had transmission issues. So i borught it back a week later when i made the appoinment. They said they will take care of the problem. They sent it to two trans. Shops so far. The first one messed it up and now the 2nd one rebuiilt the whole transmission and now it wont idle right. They took it to a local BMW dealer for them to go thru the whole car and they said it is the transmission still causing the issue. I have been waiting for almost 5 months now making car payments and insurance payments for a car I haven't had. I have contacted the local news and a attorney. I want this to go public. I am done waiting with empty promises from the care dealer and trans shop.
