Lies regarding labor charges

I recently needed a job done on my Land Rover and called them multiple times regarding this issue.
After being quoted at a low three figure sum each time I checked asking every time if it was for "all four sides", I decided to take it in the shop for the repairs.
However, once I was dropping my car off, they suddenly upped the labor charges by twofold, in which the sales person told me it was that quoted sum "per axle."

How is "all four sides" not considered both axles???
Five hours to do a job a non-trained individual can perform in less than an hour with the right tools (even without powerlifts, powertools)?
I was quoted at something much less at the Aurora Land Rover and South Denver, but decided to take it to the closer dealership due to convenience.
I now know this was a huge mistake.

They will lie to your face, even if it means contradicting something they've said a minute prior.
I really do hope these people in Broomfield will wake up and realize they are being duped and scammed out of their money by this dealership, and put these people out of their jobs forever.
