Sold us a car with multile issues

I bought a car a a few months ago from Kevin, He tells me they are honest and they will treat me right, Well let me tell you what they mean by treat you right. After all the talks about why they cannot put me in the vehicle I wanted, They gave me one option so I had no choice to accept it as i needed a car. I gave them a 1,000 down and waited for an answer from him concerning the fiance dept, Got approved and picked up the car the next day, Was not able to take a test drive was not even suggested, Wish i pushed the issue because i would of asked for my money back and walked away. He tells me the oil light is on and it was given an oil change drive it for 60 miles and it will go out. I got in it and the first thing I noticed was a couple lights came on security light, change oil light, The heater was stuck on high could not shut it down finally had to keep pulling the fuse because the car need a jump if you let the heater stay on. The front drivers side making a roaring sound and pulls to the left bad, Not sure what that is was told bearings, We have sat several times for an hour give or take because the security system will not let the car start, The Transmission has something wrong we have to add transmission fluid in it twice a week. There was no transmission and power fluid in it. But yet it went through the garage. One day after we had it we called him and i asked him for a car fax and he said why. So i told him and he said to bring it in that Saturday as i told him I know I bought it as is, which I am surprised as it is only 7 years old, Plus i bought a warranty from the finance company, So we brought it in and left it for a few hours thinking he is going to fix the issues, he told us also he will disconnect the security system so we will not have the starting issue again. When we picked it up the only thing he did was fix the heater did nothing else, all he said is your all set. I purchased a car fax myself and found out in January of this year my car failed emissions test, that was never discussed also it was involved in three accidents, Was never told anything about the cars history. He told us to bring the car back and they will put a sticker on it. When it was time for the sticker we made several calls and left messages but did not get a call back then finally he answered and we got an appointment, they put a sticker on it, never said anything about the emissions just said your all set. We do not even know if it really passed, I believe they just put inspection stickers on any car they sell no matter if it's safe or not. They take advantage of people who have less then perfect credit. I believe they sold me a lemon. I live on a very tight budget and cannot afford a mechanic, I never thought I would need one the second i sat in the car. I am stuck with this headache of a car no money to have it fixed. If the bearing is gone It is not safe. I will never go back to them, They lie sell cars with major problems, but hey it looks good right. After I bought it I have talked to some of my friends and they said they wished I would of told them where we were buying a car and they would of warned me. To bad for me a little to late. I hope i do not have transmission issues either. I can barely afford the car payment. Do not buy from these people they are Crooks, Liars and prey on people who have no other alternative
