Bad Business

On 2/2 Hecor sold me a trans that was bad. I went back a couple of days later he refused to give me my money back.instead he gave me another trans, and turned out to be bad. Ii went back and again didn't give me back back my money. He said that i had to call and deal with someone named Omar. I call him but never answered or returned my call. I went back again to complain and got another bad trans and still hasn't returned my money or my o.G. Trans. I am seeking legal action.
