Froze a partial load of nursery stock and denied the claim

One of there drivers hauled a partial load of nursery stock for me from OR to N.ca. He froze the plants, and the company (Greg) said that was between me and the driver. But, the company invoiced me for the freight. Not the driver. Also, I sent the confirmation to the trucking company which they signed and returned to me as approval of the load.

Very shady back alley outfit! Needless to say, I paid the claim since it was the drivers fault, Bailey denied it.
