This company of vultures, drives thru apartment and condo complex parking lots on Easter, Christmas and New Years, Sundays any day any time to try to "catch" anyone they can hi-jack for their transportation, with the exception of comcast which parks unlawfully, clp&g who also uses our assigned spots.
They just run everyones plate numbers with the sheriff and state for tickets or violations, they also tow anyones car even if the hazards are on unloading groceries in front of the door!

They are criminals and need to be stopped! They prey on the low income! They do not do this in neighborhoods with homes and street parking only apartments and condo dwellings
