Lying Car Dealer took advantage of a Senior Citizen

My dad is 73 years old and he asked me to go with him to purchase a new car. He was interested in the 2011 Hyundai Elantra. We went to Patrick Hyundai in Schaumburg IL. April 13 They only had 2 in stock supposedly. Black GLS automatic and a Silver GLS manual transmission. We were told that they would not have anymore for 3 weeks. My dad wanted the 2011 Elantra GLS with the Preferred equipment package we were mislead saying there was not anymore for 3 weeks. My dad bought the car. Next day I called the dealer just for fun to see if they had more cars, guess what they had more with what my dad wanted. I went back to the dealer and the manager we were stuck with the car that he could not exchange it. The price difference is only $500 more which my dad is willing to pay. Needless to say we are thinking of just dropping off the car and calling the bank and telling them we are not paying for the car it only has 50 miles on it. This will more than likely be the last car that my dad ever owns. Thanks Patrick Hyundai for the way you treated my senior citizen father may GOD forgive you because I wont.
