Probably the most terrible experience I Have ever endured having a customer serivce repetition. EVERYWHERE come from the current number of occasions I Have had with Volvo plus one of its supplier support facilities.

Per month before we'd 50K distance service done on our Volvo in the seller wherever we bought the vehicle. We've usually obtained the vehicle for this seller. The statement found nearly $1K plus one of the things I requested them to repair was a burned-out Daytime Running Lighting. Got the vehicle home (one hour away) and unearthed that the DRL wasn't changed.in the place of getting another 2 hours travel and period the vehicle up there again, I visited an area components shop and changed it myself. But I did so contact the support representative. To inform him they skipped the DRL. He hardly apologized and that was that. Right after I received a study from Volvo Corp. Requesting me concerning the newest support, and that I didn't charge it large because of lacking the DRL. Used to donot conceal my title, also it was an honest evaluation.
