I'm so dissatisfied using the Lowes in Martinsburg, WV. I tried calling floor also it called about 6 or 7 occasions without any solution. I ultimately was used in the Owner who held moving me back again to floor (I had been moved 4 times). I eventually got to keep in touch with an associate (Marsha) to inform her how annoyed I had been regarding my purchase on rug. I had been speaking good, used to do not shout, but she hung-up on me. I requested rug, not just achieved it have a very long time to obtain there, when it had been delivered to my home, they delivered the incorrect shade. But I had been so annoyed since it required such a long time, I simply stated PLACE IT. I'll never purchase something from that shop again, and certainly will tell-all my loved ones and pals! Home Website is seeking better and greater.
