In February I visited Lowes and bought Pergo laminate floor t/in 4 times the short-end appears were taking and creeking. Returned to lowes who submitted a state for all of US.inspector arrived and Pergo stated it had been item deficiency plus they might recognize their warrenty. That's where all assistance from Pergo stops! It's today the finish of September and that I still don't have my new surfaces and at this time I'd like PERGO out-of my home! While Pergo delivered my state back again to Lowes t / the total amount they'd purchase work and also the floor, pergo was down by $245.00 for flooring after which later it arrived they short-changed us on work resources aswell. Poor people people at Lowes have now been obtaining such the run-around and aparently they only individual at pergo who are able to come to a decision on something is "Barb" who just-so happens NEVER TO get her point! Pergo stated that for them to recognize a warrenty on my new surfaces (they've yet to become mounted) I have to pay some black-plastic material, okay that's good I actually donot mind spending money on that. BUT I ACTUALLY DO mind needing to settle for my move items and my quater round! Which should NOT emerge of my wallet again and Pergo constantly requires Lowes to send them my reciepts showing what I settled for. Poor people woman at Lowes includes a bunch of faxes showing she's sent all my information on 10 occasions since April 09! At this time I'd like simply need rug back and that I desire to be completed t / Pergo PERMANENTLY! I believe it is insane that Pergo is prepared to reduce a person over $245.00 when this client invested $1200.00 about the floor to start with! You are able to guess I'll inform everyone who'll hear just how much I LOATH Pergo as well as their poor business exercise! I truly do wonder if there is indeed a "Barb" who operates at Pergo... Hmm I suppose I'll never understand because she appears to permanently be-at lunchtime or about the additional point. About the other hand Lowes continues to be excellent using their aid and therefore are as similarly discouraged when I am. Thanks Lowes and DISGRACE ON PERGO!
