Call hundreds of times, asking for SS

This company has called me on average 4 times a day for the last few weeks. Sometimes I don't answer, to which they immediately call back (illegal) When I do answer, it is always a foreign (middle eastern sounding) person, who will not transfer me to a supervisor. When I ask to be removed from the call list, they consistently either ask why, or flat out tell me they will keep calling me. An exact quote is " I will keep calling you and calling you and calling you" When I mention a report, or changing my number they immediately hang up and call back a matter of either hours or one day later. They are strictly looking for my information, my social security number primarily. If you need car financing, and have bad credit, my best advice is to find a local buy here pay here place with in house financing. Never give out your information over the phone, or on any website that doesn't start with httpS:... The S is the important part. It stands for secure, and there should be a security web certificate you can view, usually located in the bottom right hand side of your browser. This company is scandalous, and strictly foreign. Do NOT trust them. You will be scammed.
