Getting away with fraud, deceptive practices, why are they still in business

How can this company still be in business.?? My experience I'm sure is just one of many. Rented a car from these scumbags on a Saturday because of the time and the close vicinity of where I was. They offered me a shuttle, so at first everything seemed fine. The guy picks me up with several of my co workers traveling with me, and he left the radio on loud when I was on a business call (still no big deal).. When I called the location on W Indian School rd, (that's where I called not knowing there were two locations), he drove alot further than I would have hoped for and we ended up at the Mcdowell location. The guy inside tells me and my friends that there would be a $350 deposit on my debit card which I agreed to. He runs my card and when I asked for a receipt of that particular transaction he told me there wasn't one and it was to just make sure there were funds available. Sounded strange but I figured he's done it a million times and he's the expert. He hands me what I guess is a lame ass excuse for a receipt for the car rental charge of 69 dollars a day. Most of the receipt isn't really legible but the 69 dollars is what I was told and that's what he showed me. The man behind the counter starts to have a little bit of a rude attitude when I asked him why they drove us all the way down to the Mcdowell location and he said " Oh. It's only 10 miles away, big deal.." I explained to him that the reason I chose them is because of the close proximity of my complex to the car rental on Indian school rd. I asked him if they were the same company and if I could drop the car off at the other location with no penalty. He said there would be "NO CHARGE" and that was good with me... Until...
The car had alot of problems but the biggest was the transmission kept slipping. I drove the car maybe 30 to 50 miles in 2 days so I just dealt with it as to not have any problems with these unprofessional jerks. So I bring the car back to the Indian School location as discussed and tried, to no avail, to explain that the tranny was real bad. I basically was ignored. The man there was just as rude as the jerk from the other location and I just wanted to get out of there with a receipt and be done with them... Here's where the real problems come..
He had no way to give me a price of my rental and when I asked him to produce a receipt from the other place with a fax or something, he had no response. So I waited, thinking thats what he was doing, he finally said, WHAT ITS A PAPER RECEIPT GET IT FROM THE OTHER LOCATION a hole. I left pissed and called Mcdowell rd again and tried to find out what my total charge would be. He told me $250!!! For a $69 dollar a day rental for two days, now I'm not a math magician, but... Thats wrong. As you can imagine the rest. Here's a quick scope... $450 ended up on my debit card (told $350), and I still have not gotten a receipt. When I called, this is where it gets good, he called me an asshole for not understanding why, but when called him an asshole back, he threatened me and said to come down and get the receipt and the last man standing would have the receipt. I can fight, and have for many years in the martial arts but with this type of person, it's a lose / lose situation. Kharma is a bitch, and when hits them I just hope there's no one else caught up in their mess. SUE THESE FN IDIOTS We can not, and should not let business's like this operate and practice fraud without serious fines or having to be dragged through long court process. I thought this was america and we pay to have certain protections against crap like this. Help close them the f down
